Kiwanis International is a global organization of members dedicated to serving the children of the world. Kiwanis and its family of clubs (nearly 600,000 members strong) annually raise more than $100 million dollars and dedicate more than 18 million volunteer hours to strengthen communities and serve children. Members of every age attend regular meetings, experience fellowship, raise funds for various causes and participate in service projects that help their communities.
“Serving the Children of the World” is our mission, and we would love to have you attend one of our meetings as a guest to learn more!
Donate to the La Jolla Kiwanis Foundation!
Each year, we raise about $250,000, mainly from our La Jolla Half Marathon race, but we are always happy to receive general donations. Let us help you to spread your charitable contribution around the community, as we partner with over fifty 501(c)(3) non-profit charities to put the money into the hands that need it.
We are always looking for new members! We meet regularly on Friday’s for lunch at the Presbyterian Church, located on the corner of Eads and Kline in La Jolla Village. Lunch is served from 12:00-12:30pm. Our meeting starts promptly at 12:30pm, comprised of 30 minutes of Club business, followed by a 30-minute speaker on a range of great topics. Join us as our guest to find out more about the Club!
